​The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) is a regional intergovernmental center in the Pacific, providing services to 21 member countries and territories.

It has been charged by the governments and administrations of the Pacific region with the protection and sustainable development of the region's environment. SPREP's activities are guided by its Strategic Action Plan 2011-2015. The Plan establishes four strategic priorities: Climate Change; Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management; Waste Management and Pollution Control; and Environmental Monitoring and Governance.
