Key vulnerabilities addressed	Water and food security have previously been identified as the most vulnerable issues in the State of Palestine with knock-on implications for all other sectors: agriculture, coastal and marine, energy, food, gender, health, industry, terrestrial ecosystems, tourism, urban and infrastructure, waste and wastewater, water.
Priority actions	For the Gaza Strip: Increase share of imported water (groundwater supply) Enhance the use of alternative water resources for non-domestic purposes (groundwater supply) Build a large desalination plant for Gaza (groundwater quality and supply) Develop and improve storm-water systems and drainage infrastructure (flood management) For the West Bank: Improving waste collection system (waste management) Improve management of leachate from landfill sites (waste management) Reduce, re-use, recycle (waste management)
