The Adaptation Knowledge Portal is an online resource of the UNFCCC Knowledge-to-Action Hub for Climate Adaptation and Resilience (also called as the Nairobi work programme (NWP)). The Adaptation Knowledge Portal provides free and open access to adaptation knowledge resources.
