      This NAMA seeks to eliminate schemes that allow the elimination of barriers that limit the implementation of cogeneration projects in the private sector.

      This NAMA seeks to deliver the following resuls:
      1. Reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
      2. Reduce the average yearly emissions reduction of 10.08 million tCO2e (201.55 million tCO2e during the NAMA's lifetime) and the short-lived climate pollutants emissions reduction (e.g. methane and black carbon).
      3. Promote the diversification of the national energy matrix.
      4. Fortify productivity and competitivity of national industry.
      5. Promote the sustainable development.
