DescriptionOfMitigationAction:
This NAMA seeks to eliminate schemes that allow the elimination of barriers that limit the implementation of cogeneration projects in the private sector.<br /> <br /> This NAMA seeks to deliver the following resuls:<br /> 1. Reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.<br /> 2. Reduce the average yearly emissions reduction of 10.08 million tCO2e (201.55 million tCO2e during the NAMA's lifetime) and the short-lived climate pollutants emissions reduction (e.g. methane and black carbon).<br /> 3. Promote the diversification of the national energy matrix.<br /> 4. Fortify productivity and competitivity of national industry.<br /> 5. Promote the sustainable development.
