Activities: The Rockies Institute has tested the theory of change at the recent IPCCC Cities Conference which was very successful. Our aims are to further refine the method to: a) conduct a full analysis of similar processes in action and in literature b) run more pilot engagements between Indigenous and non-Indigenous experts and c) develop a Village of Hope Process Guide.
