Description: One Resilient Earth is an international non-profit organization that supports transdisciplinary scientific, artistic, cultural, educational and ecological projects to foster awareness of the current impacts and future risks associated with climate change, and to build the long-term resilience of individuals, communities and ecosystems vis-à-vis climate change impacts. Achieving long-term resilience implies reducing greenhouse gas emissions and regenerating the ecosystems we depend on, through changes in mindsets, behaviors and collective action. It also requires growing the resilience of individuals and communities to the unavoidable impacts of climate change and environmental degradation. One Resilient Earth shares inspiration on the topics of resilience and regeneration through its Tero Magazine, offers transformational training and workshops including a weekly Climate Workers Circle, supports pioneering scientific projects bringing art and science together, and facilitates dialogues on long-term resilience within local communities worldwide. Our objective is to empower people to grow their resilience to climate change by supporting transformations in the way they think, live and work, and to help restore the health of communities and ecosystems through regenerative practices. For that purpose, we mobilize art, science, ancient wisdom traditions and new technologies, when relevant. One Resilient Earth operates from Bonn (Germany) and New York (USA), and carries out projects with a varierty of patners across the globe.
