ENRP's mandate is to conduct policy-relevant research at the regional, national, international, and global levels, and through outreach initiatives, to make its products available to decision-makers, scholars, and interested citizens. Our approach is interdisciplinary and integrated, bridging the gap across natural, social, and engineering sciences; the environmental and development communities; multiple sectors of human activity; and geographic and temporal scales. To implement our interdisciplinary agenda, ENRP brings together scientific experts and social science scholars from around the world as research fellows and visiting scholars. Our research and activities on climate adaptation are centered around policy responses to the impacts of climate change on public infrastructure, agriculture, water, and energy systems.
