1. The LEG produced the booklet "The NAP process: a brief overview” to provide a quick summary of the key steps and guiding questions presented in the NAP Technical Guidelines. It summarizes key principles and features of the NAP process and reflects some insights from the LEG on possible ways to undertake the NAP process in LDCs and other developing countries.

The LEG has also prepared a "NAP process poster/checklist" showing the indicative steps and building blocks of the NAP process, and a checklist of sample typical outputs under each of the four elements of the NAP process. The poster can be used by country NAP teams to take stock of what has been done already and help in identifying gaps and needs in the planning process.
