      A.3Description of mitigation action
      This NAMA proposes implementation of six small hydro sites. The selected sites are: Chavuma and Chanda Falls, Chikata Falls, West Lunga, Zengamina and Kasanjiku in North Western Province and Chilinga in Eastern Province. The proposed total installed capacity is 25.59MW with an estimated generation of 42.39 GWh, 61.21Gwh and 85.45GWh in the year 2020, 2025 and 2030, respectively.

      F.3.3Comments on Capacity Building support
      To develop human resources locally in order to equip them with skills in small hydro power development knowledge and other related skills and development of good data sets and information on resources, in particular hydrology, topography, sediments,  geology and geotechnical and other measures which could contribute to reducing the cost of developing small hydro power plants (over time).
